What to Have Ready When You Call
You don't need everything on this list, but each item speeds things up. Have the address and the best way into the property, especially for a gated community or a condo building. Tell us where the water came from if you know, whether it is still running, and roughly when it started.
It also helps to know which rooms and floors are wet and what they're made of: carpet, hardwood, tile, laminate or drywall. If the water came from a toilet, a drain or outside, say so. That tells us the likely water category before we arrive.
What Happens After You Call
We start by making the house safer. If water is still running, we'll walk you through finding the shutoff valve, and we'll tell you to keep power off in any room where water has reached outlets or cords. If you can do it safely, take photos before you move anything, since they help both the drying plan and any claim.
Then we schedule the visit. On site, our technicians stop the source, extract standing water, map the moisture and set drying equipment. You'll get photos, moisture readings and scope notes as the job moves along. Our first-hour checklist covers more of what you can do while you wait.
Our Mission Viejo Office
Our office is at 23871 Via Fabricante Ste 511, Mission Viejo, CA. We serve Irvine as our main market, plus the rest of Orange County, Long Beach and Corona. The office map loads from Google Maps only after you click View map.
The office handles calls and scheduling, and the work itself happens at your property. Please call before you visit. For written correspondence, mail to the office address works. See the full list of cities and villages we cover.
No. We take calls only, so there's no contact form, chat box or email intake on this site. A phone call lets us ask the right questions and talk you through shutting off the water right away.
Yes. We answer 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays. Water doesn't wait for business hours, and neither does the mold clock.
Call us anyway. We work in condos, townhomes and rentals and document the job for the owner, tenant and HOA. If you know the manager's contact details, have them ready.
Stopping the water and starting the drying usually comes first, since the EPA advises drying within 24 to 48 hours to prevent mold growth. You can report the claim to your insurer as well. Our photos and moisture readings will support the file, and your insurer decides coverage.
